You agree to pay all fees associated with the use of the Software as per the pricing plan selected by you. Payment is to be done in advance. Once we receive your payment confirmation, your account will be activated and you can start using the software. You will receive payment advice / receipt in your email.
Subscription plan once purchased cancellation might be allowed at any time, it doesn't necessarily guarantee a refund. You are requested to read the plans carefully and then choose it wisely as per suitable to your business needs. If you want to change/modify the plan, you can send us an email. Final approval of changing the plan is sole discretion of Loan Management Software team.
All payments paid are non-refundable. If the 14-day trial period scheme is available then it is advisable to kindly make use of it and then purchase the subscription.
