We can see all the data entered into the software. But we assure you that your data is confidential to us and we will not provide it to anyone for any reason.
Subscription is contingent on the completion of the registration process. The Company is entitled to refrain from approving a potential user’s subscription to the services provided by the Company, for any reason, at its own exclusive discretion.
By accessing and using the loan management software ("the Software"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are respectfully prohibited from using the Software.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the purpose of managing loans in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The license is granted solely for your internal business purposes.
You may not sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
We regularly provide updates or upgrades (Paid/Unpaid) to the Software. Your continued use of the Software after such updates, constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
You are genius so it is well-known to you that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we do not guarantee it. Because few things may be out of our control.
We do regular backup to prevent data loss, but we do not guarantee it. You are advised to regularly back up your data by downloading necessary reports.
We will try to provide topmost maintenance for the Software. Any new feature added in future, may not be available to every user within the same subscription charges. It may be charged extra if you opt for it. To give a new feature as a free or on chargeable basis will be solely decided by us, and not the user of this software.
We are always happy to help. Currently, only email support is available. For any queries kindly email us on info@loanmanagement.in. No call or any other communication method is entertained as of now, sorry for that. In future when we will start call support, our support contact number will be displayed on the website.
We thrive to give you an extra ordinary support but sometimes it may cause delays or disruptions in replying for support request raised by a user.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these terms and fails to cure such breach within a reasonable period.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai Jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Company and its licensors, if any, shall be the sole and absolute owners of the software, including but not limited to the idea behind the software, the copyright in all content on the software and Website and all trademarks, designs, logos and other insignia of trade used on the software and Website and elsewhere during the performance of the services, all of which are subject to protection under patent, copyright, trade mark and trade secret and other intellectual property laws of India and other countries. Any copying of any part of the software shall entail immediate termination of these Terms without prejudice to the other rights and remedies of the Company, including for civil wrongs and criminal offences.
By using the loan management software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
